The golf swing is ballistic rotation.

A proper warm-up is vital to improved perforamnce and injury prevention.  Like a pre-shot routine, a warm-up routine prepares your body and mind for the round ahead.

 

Improvements in mobility & stability, core strength and stamina lead to improved distance, accuracy, consistency and confidence.  A proper cool-down and stretching session following practice or a round is often overlooked, but very important to improvement in range of motion and injury prevention.
